Shipping and Delivery
WeePoint currently uses J&T Express Malaysia for courier deliveries.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control.
WeePoint is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
Customers may also select self-collection from our physical store where the option is available.
